1. Report delays immediately to brokers’ dispatcher, if unreported delays caused a late pickup or delivery, it will result in Carrier’s rate reduction, (reduction will be determined based on customer’s reduction amount).
2. Inspect shipments thoroughly for any damage, overage or shortage prior to signing airway bill, bill of lading, manifest, etc., and must be documented at the time of signature.
